Health & Safety Policy

We regard our people as the most valuable asset and place the highest priority on protecting them. Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all our employees.  ParcourFM will take all necessary measures to ensure the highest standards of safety, health, and the welfare at work and on site.

PacourFM's health & safety management policy details the responsibility of safety matters at all levels of management and is available to all employees and sub-contractors working for the company.  The chain of responsibility for all daily matters on site is delegated from the directors to the site manager who is in charge of ensuring safe working practices throughout the course of the works.

Our committed and qualified Project Managers & Site Managers conduct full safety audits on each job.  It is ensured that all legal obligations under the management of Health & Safety at Work Act are adhered to.  We always ensure all legal requirements and compliances are not only met but surpassed.

At ParcourFM we are always up to date on the latest HSE guidance:

Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 
Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999
Construction Design & Management Regulations 1994

 

Managing Risks

ParcourFM's risk management policy stems from a philosophy of pursuing sustainable growth and creating economic value while avoiding and managing inappropriate risks.  ParcourFM has implemented a coordinated set of risk management and control systems to help anticipate, measure, monitor and manage its exposure to risk.

In relation to each project; we will ensure a suitable and sufficient risk assessment will be conducted to identify hazards and associated risks to health and safety related to all work areas.  Measures shall be taken to reduce the risks identified to the lowest level reasonably practicable. All risk assessments will be formally recorded ful full monitorinig and reviewing purposes.

  • Display Screen Equipment (D.S.E.)
  • Full Workstation assessments
  • Manual Handling
  • Personal Protective Equipment
  • Hazardous substances (COSHH)
  • Machinery & Work Equipment

Environmental Awareness

At ParcourFM, we are always working towards a sustainable future.  Sustainability is a complex subject, we like to think in subdivided categories; economic, social and environmental issues. Our sustainability policy primarily addresses environmental issues of which we have more knowledge and control.  We like to do our part.

By adopting a Green Approach to our services, we are actively working towards reducing the impact on the environment through the process of continuous improvements.  We recognise that through the day-to-day operation of our business we have the potential to have a negative effect on our natural environment.  Our aim is to reduce any direct or indirect negative effects as we manage our business operations.
